We believe great food and wine (or beer) is an essential ingredient of any great holiday. Good food and wine is more than just good nourishment – it also represents the distilled spirit of our Kiwi culture and our Pacific Rim existence. Many great friendships and lasting memories are formed over a great meal, a glass of wine or beer. We love good food and wine ourselves, and we spend many gruelling hours in restaurants and wineries each winter trying to find the best cuisine, the best wine and beers. It’s a dirty job, but somebody has to do it. 🙂
