An enormous thank you to you, Ian jnr and Jesse for everything you did to make our holiday an unforgettable experience (for all the right reasons this time!)

We take on board and appreciate the attention to the many small details you quietly organise in a most professional and smooth manner – without being ‘in your face’! ie sorting tank bag for Gordon and Jill, seat cover for Ann-Margaret, picnic at Milford Sound. We marvel at your apparent patience (especially when ours was beginning to fray on occasion).

In fact it was so great that we will be returning – with Neil and Maggie (for starters)!

We are now back at work, still trying to get sleep patterns right.
